Peter Fernie, Managing Director
Peter has over 20 years of senior business experience, including 12 years as the Head of Information Technology Pacific Region for market research giant ACNielsen. He has worked in other senior positions with companies as diverse as Unisys and Telecom New Zealand in Technology and Customer Relationship positions. He has run his own professional services business providing services to companies such as Publicis, Ernst & Young and the STW Group. Peter has a Bachelor of Business (Business Management) from Charles Sturt University and is a member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society.
Brad Meehan, Director Strategic Services
Brad works with clients to design and execute contextually appropriate customer strategies to create measurable value. Brad has worked across a variety of industries including retail, hospitality, entertainment, financial services, government and IT. Prior to joining HOED, he held senior roles such as Head of Customer Strategy at the Bank of Queensland, Head of Transformation at AMP and National Business Development Leader at Professional Advantage where he specialised in performance management. Brad gained his MBA with Distinction from Queensland University of Technology in 2007 and completed the Harvard Business School Customer-Centric Strategy Leadership Program in 2009. He has also lectured in Queensland University of Technology’s MBA program in Strategy and Customer Experience Management.
