Mystery Shopper Overview
Hoed Mystery Shopping NZ Ltd (Hoed) specialises in customer satisfaction measurement and management programmes to leading service providers within the restaurant, hospitality and retail industries. We assist companies in achieving breakthrough levels of service performance and employee satisfaction.
Hoed's primary services involve anonymous on-site service assessments (often referred to as Mystery Shopping assignments) and customer interviews.
In exchange for completing a written evaluation of your experiences, we provide you with compensation and reimbursement for goods and services. Restaurant assignments include full reimbursement for a meal. Retail and related assignments involve remuneration for your time, and partial or full reimbursement of purchases - if purchases are required.
Service Evaluator
There are many different terms to describe the position of service evaluator. Mystery Shopper, Secret Shopper, Mystery Guest, Mystery Customer, Phantom Shopper, and Service Auditor are just a few. A service Evaluator is a person who visits a restaurant, retail establishment, or other type of business for the purpose of evaluating the customer service, facility cleanliness, and product quality. After completing the visit objectives, the service evaluator will complete a written evaluation form and post or fax the results to us the same or next day. Each evaluation form is client-specific and varies in length and content. In exchange we provide you with compensation and / or reimbursement for goods and services.
This is your chance to provide our clients with valuable feedback and suggestions for improving the quality of products and services. To qualify you must be detail oriented, accurate, and punctual. You will be expected to behave in a professional manner, remain anonymous, and follow through with commitments. Although no experience is necessary we especially welcome experienced mystery shoppers.
We schedule assignments with service evaluators who submit timely, accurate, well-written reports more often than those who provide us with only average feedback. Hoed reserves the right to terminate our relationship with any service evaluator who provides substandard work, conducts assignments in an unprofessional manner, or is not punctual in performing assignments and returning completed reports.
