As part of our commitment to quality service to all our clients, HOED Holdings Pty Ltd has implemented a stringent approach to the handling of information that we receive as part of our Customer Service measurement programmes.

For your attention a copy of our policy on Privacy in hereunder.

We clearly see that the service that we offer is a legitimate and a necessary service, used to assist in the training needs of your company.

A main focus of our policy is that all the people we deal with, including any that may be identified via our Customer Service measurement programmes, are aware of what information we hold about them and what we will do with that information. To this end we wish to advise you of the following matters:

• The official details about our company are published online at: http://www.HOED.com.au/HOED/about/contact/
• The list of retail sites that your company gives to us, is the sole method of identifying the stores to be included in the programme.
• The total details that we will hold in our office is limited to the information contained within the Customer Service survey questionnaire. This may include an employee's name, the store's location and the results of the survey.
• We believe that it is very important that if your organisation currently has or in the future has any franchised businesses they are individually made aware of our Privacy policies and the purpose under which we act as your servant. By way of our continuing relationship and your instructions to us, we assume your company’s compliance with the ACT, together with your indemnity of HOED Holdings if the instructions and use of the Customer Service Surveys are not in accordance with the ACT.
• We understand your company has informed the store teams that this measurement service is part of your companies strategy in training and development. If, as part of the program designed for your company an employee is identified, you must inform your staff that this might be recorded in your company’s records.
• All effected employees need to be advised of the information that HOED Holdings hold on them and that they may access this info if they so wish.
• If either your company or any individual have any questions regarding the information we hold about them, you or they may contact HOED Holdings Pty Ltd at the above address or on 02 9876 3166 or by email on info@HOED.com.au.
• Except were the law says otherwise, your employees have the right to access the information we hold about them and further, if it is inaccurate, they can ask that it be rectified.
• The reason we hold this information on these people is for the purpose of assisting your office with its record keeping. We will destroy all records after twenty four months unless we are given alternative directions by your office.
• Please be aware that we will treat any information as confidential and will not disclose any information to a third party.
